Panathinaikos reportedly submits offer for Stefan de Vrij

Panathinaikos has reportedly made a formal offer to 34-year-old Dutch defender Stefan de Vrij. According to journalist Alfredo Pedullà, the Greek club is actively seeking to sign the player as his current contract with Inter Milan is set to expire. De Vrij, who has been with Inter since 2018, is currently evaluating his future, including offers from Saudi Arabian clubs. Over his six-season tenure at Inter, he has recorded 296 appearances, scored 13 goals, and provided 8 assists while winning nine titles. He has also earned 79 caps for the Dutch national team. The player has not yet made a final decision on whether to extend his stay in Milan or pursue a new contract elsewhere. De Vrij appeared in 17 matches across all competitions during the most recent season.
