Cypriot artist Anna Kakoulli to exhibit in The Hague

The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in the Netherlands is hosting an art exhibition by Cypriot artist Anna Kakoulli titled 'Threads – Reliefs of Memory'. The opening ceremony is scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 16:00 at the Embassy in The Hague. The event will be attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, international organizations, and cultural and academic figures. Anna Kakoulli, a Nicosia-born artist and graduate of the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow, presents a collection exploring the intersection of memory, nature, and color. Her work utilizes layered paint, organic forms, and linear grid structures to depict landscapes. This exhibition serves as part of the Embassy's initiative to promote Cypriot culture abroad. The artist holds a postgraduate degree in painting and monumental painting from her studies in Moscow.
