Cypriot public opinion poll on World Cup winners

A survey conducted by Prime Market Research and Consulting Ltd for Philenews and Goal gauged the opinions of 1,300 Cypriot football fans regarding the ongoing World Cup. The poll indicates that there is no single clear favorite among the participants. Spain leads as the top choice to win the tournament at 19%, followed by France at 17%, Portugal at 15%, and Brazil at 14%. Other notable mentions included Argentina at 9%, the Netherlands at 7%, England and Germany at 6% each, and Mexico at 2%. Regarding potential finalists, Spain is viewed as the most likely participant at 42%, followed by France at 33%, Portugal at 24%, Argentina at 21%, and Brazil at 20%. These results reflect a competitive atmosphere in the second group stage of the tournament.
