Police search for four missing persons in Nicosia

Cypriot authorities have issued public appeals for assistance in locating four individuals reported missing in the Nicosia district. Nick Alexander, 24, from Strovolos, has been missing since June 21, 2026; he is described as thin, 1.70m tall, with short black hair, wearing black clothing and white shoes while carrying a white plastic bag. Ayshe Redzhep Ahmed, 17, from Bulgaria, has also been missing from Nicosia since June 21, 2026; she is 1.60m tall with red hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing black leggings and a black shirt. La Mar Hosh, 14, from Syria, has been missing from Nicosia since June 22, 2026; she is 1.55m tall with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing denim shorts and a black shirt. Additionally, Elena Pavlidou, 46, has been missing from her residence in Nicosia since June 24, 2026; she is 1.75m tall with short black hair. Police urge anyone with information regarding any of these cases to contact the Nicosia CID at 22802222, the nearest police station, or the Citizen's Line at 1460.
