Police search for two missing minors in Nicosia

Nicosia police have issued public appeals for information regarding two missing minors. La Mar Hosh, a 14-year-old from Syria, has been missing from her residence in Nicosia since June 22, 2026. She is described as having a thin build, approximately 1.55 meters tall, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing denim shorts and a black t-shirt. Additionally, 17-year-old Ayshe Redzhep Ahmed from Bulgaria has been missing from her Nicosia residence since June 21, 2026. She is 1.60 meters tall with red hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black leggings, a black blouse, and white sneakers. Authorities are requesting anyone with information to contact the Nicosia CID at 22-802222, any police station, or the Citizen's Line at 1460.
