The event took place in Dublin on May 13-14, with delegates attending from over 45 countries. CiC received the Best Retention Growth award for its achievements in aftersales customer retention and the Best Customer Services Business Performance award for its service quality standards. CEO Alexis Anninos and Aris Drousiotis accepted the awards on behalf of the company. These accolades are granted based on evaluations of business growth, quality indicators, and overall customer experience.
