SquareOne announces the ZOIA residential project in Kato Polemidia

Developer SquareOne has announced the launch of ZOIA, a residential complex located in Kato Polemidia, Limassol. The project consists of four buildings and 147 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, including penthouses with private roof gardens. An official launch event for the development is scheduled for June 25, 2026. The site is situated within an area undergoing rapid transformation due to several institutional projects, including a €125 million expansion of the Cyprus University of Technology and a €56 million student housing development. Additionally, the International Jewish Academy of Excellence is expected to open in the vicinity by 2027. SquareOne projects a 30 to 35 percent rise in property values over three years and claims potential rental yields exceeding 7 percent. Investors can also opt for a property management partnership with Moving Doors, which offers a guaranteed 6 percent annual return. The development features amenities such as on-site managers, a residents' mobile application, and community-focused shared activities.
