Apollon Limassol preparations for the new season and transfer plans
Apollon Limassol is finalizing preparations for the upcoming season, with the team scheduled to travel from Paphos to the Netherlands on Thursday for a training camp lasting until July 13. During this period, the club will play three friendly matches: against Roda on July 4, Utrecht on July 7, and Go Ahead Eagles on July 11. Spokesperson Fanourios Konstantinou stated that the club is seeking four more signings, specifically one center-back, one winger, and two strikers. He clarified that Stevan Jovetic has never been proposed to the club, while interest in Alen Ozbolt remains ongoing. The club has reached approximately 2,000 season ticket sales. The team will travel via commercial flights rather than a chartered plane. Apollon is focusing on two major European matches on July 18 and July 23. Five players have already been signed, and coach Hernan Losada continues to oversee the squad's development.
