Cyprus plans new housing scheme for refugee communities

The Interior Ministry of Cyprus is developing a proposal to build affordable apartment complexes on vacant state-owned land within existing refugee settlements. Interior Minister Constantinos Ioannou introduced the initiative during a parliamentary committee meeting, noting that the project is currently in its initial planning stages.
