Police investigate shooting at a residence in Tremithousa

The Paphos Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is investigating a shooting incident that occurred at a residential property in Tremithousa on Wednesday morning. According to official reports, gunshots were fired at the entrance of the home at approximately 3:45 a.m. Police were notified of the event at around 7:00 a.m. The property is occupied by two individuals, aged 38 and 41. Upon receiving the report, authorities cordoned off the area to conduct a thorough forensic examination. The Paphos CID is currently leading the investigation with the assistance of the Forensic Investigation Service. No suspects have been identified yet, and authorities are working to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation is ongoing as officers continue to process the scene.
