Aritz Elustondo arrives in Thessaloniki for PAOK transfer

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, 32-year-old Spanish defender Aritz Elustondo arrived at Thessaloniki International Airport to finalize his transfer to PAOK. The player, who spent his entire career at Real Sociedad, comes to the Greek club as a free agent. Sources report that Elustondo signed a three-year contract after being persuaded by PAOK’s new coach, Alessio Lisi. Although the player received offers from La Liga clubs, he chose to move abroad to avoid playing against his former team, Real Sociedad.
