Cyprus expands scholarship program for the 2026 EU Presidency

The European University Cyprus and the CIM – Cyprus Business School have announced new scholarships in connection with the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2026. This initiative follows a call for interest from the Cyprus Presidency and the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth. The total number of scholarships offered by Cypriot higher education institutions has reached 110. The European University Cyprus is offering 10 scholarships, consisting of 5 full and 5 partial awards for English-language postgraduate programs starting in the autumn semester of 2026. CIM – Cyprus Business School is providing 7 scholarships, comprising one full-tuition grant and 6 partial-tuition grants. These educational opportunities are part of a broader national effort coinciding with the six-month term of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU.
