Andrea Pirlo appointed as brand ambassador for Cyprus Airways

Cyprus Airways has officially appointed former Italian football player and current coach Andrea Pirlo as its brand ambassador. The airline stated that this collaboration aims to enhance the company's international visibility and support its strategic growth in both local and global markets. Pirlo, who currently resides in Dubai and works as a coach, is cited as a symbolic bridge between Cyprus, Europe, and the Middle East. The partnership highlights existing flight connections to Dubai, as well as the company’s year-round routes between Larnaca and Milan and seasonal services to Venice. Additionally, the announcement coincides with the airline's launch of its summer flight schedule. This schedule includes the return of services to destinations such as Santorini, Preveza, Rhodes, and Skiathos. Furthermore, the company has increased flight frequencies to several European cities, including Paris, Barcelona, and Venice.
