EDT Shipmanagement installs recycling boat in Limassol

EDT Shipmanagement Ltd has donated and installed a specially designed "recycling boat" on Aktaia Road, located near the Limassol Marina. The ceremony took place in the presence of Limassol Mayor Yiannis Armeftis, who officially accepted the donation. The primary objective of the initiative is to provide residents and visitors with an accessible recycling station to promote waste management in one of the city's high-traffic coastal areas. Marios Panagiotou, Chief Financial Officer of EDT, stated that the company remains committed to supporting sustainable development projects within the local community. Christos Marangos, President of MC Media Group, attended the event and emphasized that environmental protection is a collective responsibility beyond the scope of local authorities alone. The initiative is part of broader corporate efforts by EDT to encourage environmental awareness in the region.
