AEL Limassol reaches agreement with Hamza Catakovic

AEL Limassol has reached an agreement to sign the 29-year-old Bosnian forward Hamza Catakovic. Over the last two seasons, Catakovic played for Esenler Erokspor, recording 24 goals and 12 assists in 71 appearances. Throughout his professional career, he has accumulated 331 appearances with 131 goals and 41 assists. The player is expected to arrive in Cyprus shortly to undergo medical examinations. Upon successful completion of these tests, he will formalize his contract with the club managed by Hugo Martins. Additionally, AEL is reportedly nearing an agreement with 25-year-old Portuguese central defender Diogo Gomes. Gomes played for Trofense in the Portuguese third division during the previous season.
