So-Easy Stores Ltd, a retail chain operating since 2002, has inaugurated its 23rd store in Agios Athanasios, Limassol. This location marks the company's third model store developed under a new strategic plan aimed at long-term sustainability and the evolution of convenience stores in Cyprus. The store design is based on extensive European and local research into changing consumer habits driven by modern daily pressures, long working hours, and mobility challenges. The updated retail concept focuses on offering convenience, flexibility, and 'on-the-go' solutions. The new store features upgraded product categories, including a fruit section, bakery items, fresh salads and sandwiches, frozen goods, and fresh coffee. This design will be implemented across the chain's future and existing locations as part of the company’s ongoing transition.
