Aris Limassol begins pre-season training in Latvia
Aris Limassol has begun its first stage of summer pre-season training in Riga, Latvia, which is scheduled to last until July 12. Head coach Artyom Radkov is leading the team through daily double training sessions focusing on fitness and conditioning. The club is undergoing a major roster restructuring, with nine players already departed, including Kokorin and Goldson, and negotiations ongoing for others like Kakoullis and Gomis. Five new staff members have been appointed to the technical team, including fitness coaches David Golinski and Sebastian Wokai, assistant coaches Andrei Harbunou and Pablo Alberola, and video analyst Pavel Ernest. Goalkeeper Takis Taki will continue in his current role. Three international players, Charalambous, Correia, and Bouran, were granted an extra week of rest and are expected to join the squad next Monday. The team plans to hold eight friendly matches in total during their camps in Poland and Austria, including games against Union Berlin on August 9 and Augsburg on August 13.
