Ai traffic cameras to detect mobile phone use

Cyprus is implementing new artificial intelligence-equipped traffic cameras to curb the dangerous habit of mobile phone use while driving. Transport Minister Alexis Vafeades announced that these fixed systems aim to reduce road accidents by monitoring distracted motorists more effectively.
