Applications can be filed without penalties from May 28 to July 3, 2026. Submissions will remain open from July 4 to July 7, 2026, though these late filings will incur penalties. The final deadline for submitting amendments to applications is set for October 30, 2026, subject to relevant regulations. All applications must be submitted electronically through the EAS portal. Furthermore, landowners who are not applicants themselves can invoke a special procedure to prevent unauthorized persons from claiming subsidies on their property.
