Panathinaikos reaches agreement for the transfer of Elmin Rastoder from Thun
Panathinaikos has reached a definitive agreement with the Swiss club Thun to acquire 24-year-old forward Elmin Rastoder. The transfer fee is reported at approximately 4 million euros, with Thun retaining a sell-on clause. The North Macedonian international is expected to arrive in Greece to undergo medical and ergonomic examinations. Following his arrival, he will sign a four-year contract, extending until June 2030. Once the contract is finalized by Monday, June 29, the player will join the Panathinaikos squad at their training camp in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, on Tuesday, June 30. Coach Jacob Neestrup approved the signing after scouting reports provided by Franco Baldini and Stefanos Kotsolis. Rastoder, who contributed to Thun's recent Swiss championship title, joins the club amid other recent transfers including Camara, Tsapras, Pena, and De Frey. He is reported to be in good physical condition following recent national team appearances for North Macedonia.
