Cypriot companies exhibit defense technology at Eurosatory in Paris

Fifteen Cypriot companies participated in the Eurosatory international defense exhibition held in Paris. Cypriot Defense Minister Vasilis Palmas attended the event, noting that the country's representation has grown in scale compared to previous years. Participating firms showcased a wide range of technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicles, counter-drone systems, maritime platforms, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity tools. Notable companies included ADDITESS, which specializes in critical infrastructure protection and border management, and AmaDema, which focuses on advanced materials and high-performance composites. During the exhibition, several memoranda of cooperation were signed, and officials engaged in discussions with international defense groups. The government stated that this participation is intended to bolster the country's diplomatic and defensive profile. Furthermore, some of the showcased systems have already been integrated into the equipment base of the National Guard. These efforts aim to increase the operational autonomy of the Cypriot armed forces in the future.
