Zisis Vryzas discusses his role as APOEL sports director

Vryzas emphasized that his current daily operations focus on strategic planning, organizational structure, and executive decision-making. He noted that he currently approaches his responsibilities through the lens of a sports director rather than a former player. Vryzas highlighted the significant challenges inherent in the role of a technical director within the Greek football landscape, citing a lack of stable conditions for long-term project implementation. Additionally, he disclosed that he had previously received a job offer from Panathinaikos. He explained that he declined the offer because the timing and conditions did not align with his professional philosophy and ambitions at that time.
