President of the Cypriot House of Representatives visits Athens

The President of the House of Representatives of Cyprus, Annita Demetriou, has commenced an official visit to Greece at the invitation of the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Nikitas Kaklamanis. On Monday at 12:00, Demetriou is scheduled to hold a meeting with the Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgos Gerapetritis. The itinerary for Tuesday includes an audience with the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, and a bilateral meeting with Nikitas Kaklamanis. Following the meeting, Kaklamanis will host an official dinner in honour of the Cypriot official. Throughout the visit, Demetriou will also conduct separate meetings with leaders and representatives of various parliamentary parties. The visit will conclude with Demetriou addressing the plenary session of the Greek Parliament on Tuesday at 19:00. The primary focus of these engagements is to strengthen diplomatic relations and discuss matters of mutual interest between Cyprus and Greece.
