Bank of Cyprus announces 2026 financial reporting calendar

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company has scheduled a board of directors meeting for August 3, 2026, to review financial results for the first half of the year ending June 30, 2026. During this meeting, the board will also evaluate the potential declaration and payment of an interim dividend. The financial results are set to be released on August 4, 2026, prior to the opening of trading on both the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Additionally, the company has confirmed an analysts briefing will follow the release on the same day. An updated 2026 financial calendar also designates November 9, 2026, for the publication of nine-month financial results and a corresponding analysts briefing. All announcements will be made before market trading commences on the respective exchanges. The bank retains the right to amend these dates, provided that timely public notification is issued.
