Apollon Limassol signs professional contract with 16-year-old Giannis Argiridis
Apollon Limassol has officially signed a professional contract with academy product Giannis Argiridis, valid until May 2029. Born on March 5, 2010, the 16-year-old plays as a left winger and has been part of the club since childhood. This move is part of the club's strategy to invest in youth players. Previously, midfielder Christos Charalampous also signed with the club before being loaned to AEP Polemidion. Regarding the first team's roster, the club has already acquired five players: Andreas Athanasiou, Leonidas Konomis, Konstantinos Balogiannis, Angelos Andreou, and Connor Goldson. Furthermore, the club expects to announce Alen Ozbolt within the next 48 hours. Management is also actively seeking to sign an additional defender and another forward to strengthen the team for the upcoming season.
