The Startups4Peace 2026 (Su4P) program has opened applications until August 10, 2026, targeting Greek-Cypriot and Turkish-Cypriot startups and innovative teams. Funded by the European Union under the Eunite project and implemented by GIZ International Services, the initiative aims to foster bicommunal cooperation through bootcamps and mentoring. Winning teams will receive seed funding and access to the Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon. Key partners include the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce, CYENS, and CyprusInno. Additionally, the International Short Film Festival of Cyprus (ISFFC) has opened applications for TalentBridge Cyprus 2026, a workshop for emerging filmmakers taking place in Limassol on October 11-12, 2026. This initiative is organized by T-Port to assist directors, producers, and screenwriters in navigating the international film ecosystem. Participants will engage in masterclasses and networking sessions to improve their skills in festival strategy, co-production, and distribution.
