Pafos FC transfer updates and team preparations
Pafos FC has officially signed Cypriot goalkeeper Michalis Papastylianou to a one-year contract through June 2027. The team is currently holding a training camp in Austria, where goalkeeper Charalambos Kyriakides suffered a muscle injury expected to sideline him for two to three months, prompting the club to consider signing another goalkeeper, with Horatiu Moldovan among those linked to the team. Regarding defensive reinforcements, the club reached an initial agreement with Mamadou Diaby, but the deal failed after he did not pass medical exams. Negotiations are ongoing with Dinamo Zagreb for the acquisition of Samy Mmaee. Furthermore, the club is awaiting a final response from Derrick Luckassen regarding a contract renewal offer, while they are also exploring alternatives for the forward position following a rejection from Afimico Pululu. The club aims to strengthen its roster while managing limited slots in the A-list for foreign players.
