Police officer shoots wife and takes his own life in Limassol

On the morning of Tuesday, June 30, a 55-year-old police officer shot his 46-year-old wife four times in her car outside a school in the Zakaki area of Limassol. The attacker, who had signed out his service weapon at the Port and Marine Police station shortly after 6:00 am, subsequently took his own life at the scene.
