Deputy Minister Giorgos Mylonakis visits Evangelismos Hospital following recovery

The purpose of his visit was not medical, but to personally thank the doctors, nurses, stretcher bearers, auxiliary staff, and the hospital administration for their care during his hospitalization. In a statement posted on social media, Mylonakis reflected on his recovery, describing the experience as the most difficult battle of his life. He emphasized that while science saves lives, human empathy and solidarity were essential to his survival. The official also acknowledged the support provided by his family, friends, and those who sent messages of encouragement. Mylonakis concluded by stating that health is the most valuable asset and expressing profound gratitude for his recovery. He noted that such battles are won collectively rather than individually.
