Cyprus Stock Exchange updates trading status and suspends several companies
On Tuesday, the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announced updates to the trading status of several listed firms based on financial audits for the year ending December 31, 2025. The exchange retained the (S) warning marker for Philoktimatiki Public Ltd, Display Art Plc, Unifast Finance and Investments Public Company Ltd, and Chris Joannou Public Limited due to going concern uncertainties. The (S) marker was removed for Regallia Holdings and Investments Public Company Ltd regarding audit concerns, but it remains applied due to failure to meet minimum market capitalisation requirements. Additionally, the CSE suspended trading for Tokotis Investments Public Ltd, A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd, and Karyes Investment Public Company Ltd starting July 1, 2026. This suspension, mandated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), follows the failure of these companies to publish required financial reports for 2024 and 2025. The suspension will remain in effect until compliance is achieved or until September 30, 2026, at the latest.
