Cyprus Police issue multiple missing person alerts

The Cyprus Police have issued public appeals for information regarding the disappearance of several individuals across the country. Alina Vaduva, 15.5, has been missing from Engomi, Nicosia, since July 5, 2026. Additionally, the authorities are seeking three minors from Palestine: Sarra Esaifan (17) and Kawtar Esaifan (14), missing from Aglantzia since June 30, and Ahlam Esaifan (15), missing from Famagusta since June 30. Other ongoing cases include 16-year-old Emiliyan Yordanov from Bulgaria, missing from Nicosia since July 1, and 25-year-old Jalloh Ibrahim from Sierra Leone, missing from Larnaca since June 29. In a separate legal development, the Cyprus Court of Appeal ordered the detention of a 46-year-old father and his two adult children, aged 23 and 21, in connection with 122 charges of violence and abuse against minors within their family. The public is urged to contact the police at 1460 or local departments if they possess any information regarding these individuals.
