Nicosia police report three missing minors in separate cases

Authorities in Nicosia are searching for three missing minors in two separate incidents. Sisters Sarra Esaifan, 17, and Kawtar Esaifan, 14, from Palestine, have been missing from their home in Aglantzia since June 30, 2026. Sarra is 1.62m tall with black hair, last seen wearing blue knee-length shorts, a grey shirt, a black cardigan, and black-and-white sneakers. Kawtar is approximately 1.60m tall with medium-length black hair, last seen in similar attire but without a cardigan. Additionally, 15-year-old Alina Vaduva from Romania has been missing from Engomi since 1:00 a.m. on July 1, 2026. She is 1.60m tall with long red hair and was last seen wearing leopard-print pajama pants and a black sleeveless shirt. Police are urging anyone with information to contact the Nicosia CID, the local police station, or the Citizen's Line at 1460.
