Ukrainian missile strike reported on Titan-Barrikady plant in Volgograd

On the night of June 26-27, a military-industrial facility in Volgograd, identified by Ukrainian sources as the Titan-Barrikady plant, was hit by long-range missiles. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the attack involved domestic FP-5 Flamingo missiles. Russian regional governor Andrei Bocharov confirmed that high-speed aerial targets struck an industrial site in the Krasnooktyabrsky district, resulting in at least 10 injuries and subsequent fires. Titan-Barrikady is a state-owned facility under Roscosmos that produces launchers for Yars, Topol-M, and Iskander-M missile systems. While Ukraine claims five missiles were launched and three hit the facility causing severe damage to workshops 2 and 38, Russian authorities have not explicitly named the factory.
