The individuals were restrained with adhesive tape, and some had the word 'ratero' (thief) or cat-like whiskers drawn on their faces. Nearby, authorities recovered motorcycles that were allegedly stolen. Local social media users have dubbed the unidentified perpetrator the 'Batman of Lagos de Moreno' due to this pattern of behavior.
