Limassol Municipal Arts Centre hosts E.KA.TE. group exhibition

The Limassol Municipal Arts Centre (Papadakis Warehouses) is hosting a new group art exhibition organized by the Cyprus Chamber of Fine Arts (E.KA.TE.). Titled 'Dysfunctions in Contemporary Art / In Times of Conflict,' the exhibition continues a research project launched by the organization in 2016. Curators Katina Kosta, Rebecca Taki, and Georgia Michaelidou Saad have curated the show to explore themes of instability, rupture, and social tension. Participating artists are examining subjects such as political reality, freedom of expression, human relationships, and environmental issues. The exhibition aims to serve as a platform for critical dialogue and multiple interpretations of modern consciousness. The official opening is scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2026, at 19:00, with Limassol Mayor Yiannis Armeutis presiding over the event.
