Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics opens new building
The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics has officially inaugurated a new facility in an investment project valued at 31 million euros. The ceremony was led by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, on Thursday afternoon. Spanning over 11,000 square meters, the building represents the largest development investment in the institute's history. The project was co-financed by the Republic of Cyprus and the European Investment Bank. President Christodoulides described the investment as a strategic commitment to the country's health and research sectors. The facility aims to enhance specialized health services and scientific innovation across the island. The state has pledged to continue supporting the institute's growth and research capabilities in the future.
