Pafos FC conducts training camp in Austria
Pafos FC is currently holding its pre-season training camp in Austria under the guidance of its coaching staff. During their first friendly match, Pafos FC defeated Cracovia 2-1, with goals scored by Brito in the 7th minute and Biel in the 35th minute. Cracovia reduced the lead with a goal by Hasic in the 47th minute. The starting lineup included Petrou, Bruno, Luiz, Goldar, Ioannou, Dragomir, Pepe, Brito, Correia, Zaza, and Biel. The team has three more friendlies scheduled against Jablonec on July 8, Jagiellonia on July 12, and Slovan Bratislava on July 16. Preparation is focused on the upcoming UEFA Europa League qualifiers on July 23 and 30 against either Hajduk Split or Zilina. While transfer rumors persist regarding players like Dragomir and Sunic, management stated that no official offers have been received. Negotiations are ongoing regarding the potential signing of Pululu and a contract renewal for Lukassen.
