Constantinos Christoforou discusses past rivalry with Michalis Hatzigiannis

Christoforou confirmed that a real rivalry existed between them during the early stages of their careers, when both were leading figures in the Cypriot music scene. He explained that this competition was fueled by their respective fan bases, known as 'Hatzigiannikoi' and 'Christoforikoi', which prevented them from becoming personal friends. Despite this history, Christoforou praised Hatzigiannis as an exceptional artist and noted that they could have collaborated effectively on stage. Furthermore, Christoforou publicly defended Hatzigiannis against the harsh public criticism the latter faced regarding his vocal health in the past.
