Guinness World Record holders showcase their customized home in Brazil
Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros and Katyucia Lie Hoshino, recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's shortest married couple, have shared details about their residence in Itapeva, Sao Paulo. Paulo stands 90.4 centimeters tall, while Katyucia measures 91.13 centimeters, and both individuals have dwarfism. The couple appeared on the TLC series 'Most Extreme Humans' to demonstrate how they modified their home to ensure autonomy. They lowered doorknobs, light switches, furniture, and storage areas to make them accessible. Additionally, they utilized portable plastic steps to reach higher shelves and renovated their kitchen to accommodate their needs. These adaptations allow the couple to manage their daily routines independently. Their story aims to highlight the experiences of individuals with physical differences.
