Keve and CyIoDCG sign memorandum of cooperation

The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) and the Cyprus Institute of Directors and Corporate Governance (CyIoDCG) have entered into a formal memorandum of cooperation. The agreement aims to advance corporate governance, sustainable business development, and the efficiency of boards of directors within Cyprus. Both organizations will collaborate on the exchange of information, the preparation of policy proposals, and the development of joint studies. Furthermore, the partnership includes plans to organize conferences and specialized educational programs for executives. The initiative is designed to foster a culture of professional accountability and transparency to improve the competitiveness of the local economy. Keve president Stavros Stavrou stated that corporate governance is essential for the sustainable growth and long-term value of businesses regardless of their size.
