Greek marketplace operator Skroutz has expanded its subscription service, Skroutz Plus, to the Cypriot market. The service, which currently serves over 260,000 members in Greece, is now available in Cyprus for a monthly fee of €9.99. Key benefits include free shipping to Skroutz Points for orders over €40 weighing up to 5 kg, and free home delivery for orders over €60. For parcels exceeding 5 kg, subscribers receive a €5 discount on shipping costs. The package also features unlimited free product returns, access to exclusive Plus Deals, and a rewards program through Skroutz Coins. According to the company, the subscription cost can be offset by savings from just two orders per month, given that average delivery fees are around €5 per shipment. The service aims to streamline the shopping experience for local consumers by reducing logistics costs for recurring purchases.
