Suspect in Monaco bombing found dead near Kyiv
The body of 39-year-old Ukrainian national Anastasiia Berezovska was discovered buried near Kyiv on the evening of July 6, according to media reports citing police sources. Berezovska was identified by Interpol as the primary suspect in an explosion that occurred on June 29 in Monaco, which injured Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolayev, his partner, and his 13-year-old son. Reports indicate the suspect was shot to death. Following the attack, authorities stated that the perpetrator fled the scene on foot, traveled through Italy, and entered Germany by car. Two other individuals have reportedly been arrested in connection with the investigation, including a current officer of the Ukrainian Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR) and a former law enforcement official. The suspect had been subject to an Interpol red notice for conspiracy and attempted murder. As of now, there has been no official statement from the Ukrainian police or military intelligence regarding these developments.
