Open-air short film screenings scheduled in Limassol and Nicosia

The International Short Film Festival of Cyprus, in collaboration with various partners, is hosting open-air film screenings in two major cities. In Limassol, a selection of five films from countries including Finland, Cyprus, the Netherlands, France, and Lebanon will be shown at the Molos Amphitheatre this Friday at 8:30 pm. This event, organized with the Limassol Municipality, focuses on re-screening highlights from last year’s festival selection. Separately, in Nicosia, the Cyprus Family Planning Association and the festival organizers will host an event on July 13 at 8:30 pm in the organization's garden in Ayioi Omologites. This Nicosia screening features four films directed in 2024 and 2025 that explore themes of youth, identity, and family dynamics. Following the Nicosia event, attendees are invited to a discussion accompanied by food and music. Both events are free to attend and strictly restricted to audiences aged 18 and over.
