Director of Technical Services at the Ministry of Education resigns

Andreas Marangos, the long-term director of Technical Services at the Ministry of Education, has submitted his resignation. Marangos has served in the department for 35 years, with the last 13 years spent as its director. He plans to conclude his duties by the end of July after a notice period. His resignation letter was submitted to the director general of the Ministry of Education to be forwarded to the Public Service Commission (PSC). Reports indicate that the documentation has not yet been formally submitted to the PSC. Marangos declined to comment on the specific reasons for his departure when contacted by media.
