President Christodoulides meets with new SEK leadership
President Nikos Christodoulides met with the newly elected leadership of the Cyprus Workers Confederation (SEK) at the Presidential Palace. During the meeting, President Christodoulides acknowledged the contribution of SEK to the events surrounding the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the EU. The President emphasized that the government considers SEK a key partner despite occasional differences in approach. Furthermore, he noted the successful resolution of a long-standing issue that had been pending for over a decade during the EU Presidency period. Both parties agreed that they share common goals and challenges that require continued collaboration.
