Mall of Engomi Plc announces 2026 interim dividend

The board of directors of Mall of Engomi Plc announced an interim dividend of €1,000,000 for the 2026 financial year. The distribution equals €0.019 per fully paid-up ordinary share. Eligible shareholders are those registered in the company's records and the Central Securities Depository of the Cyprus Stock Exchange as of the record date on July 22, 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend on the Cyprus Stock Exchange starting July 21, 2026. The cash payment to shareholders is scheduled for July 27, 2026. Additionally, the company noted that Mall of Cyprus recently declared a separate interim dividend of €6,000,000, which corresponds to €0.018 per share.
