Petrolina launches tender for 14 service stations

Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited and eWise Cyprus Ltd have initiated a competitive tender process for the sale of a portfolio of 14 petrol service stations in the Republic of Cyprus. This divestment follows a decision by the Commission for the Protection of Competition on December 16, 2025, which approved the acquisition of ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited by Petrolina. Interested parties must submit their initial expressions of interest by July 31, 2026. The process is being overseen by the appointed trustee, Angelos Gregoriades. Eligible participants who pass the initial screening will proceed to the next phase of the tender.
