Aris Limassol undergoes major roster changes
Aris Limassol is undergoing a major roster overhaul, reaching 13 departures this summer, which the club describes as an unprecedented renewal. The club confirmed the mutual termination of the contract with 27-year-old Comorian midfielder Yassine Bourhane, who recorded 28 appearances and two assists in the 2025-26 season. Spokesperson Kostas Papadopoulos stated that the team aims to lower the average age of the squad through careful scouting and patience. Regarding other players, Kingsley Sarfo remains part of the team, Wes Foderingham is currently on authorized leave, and Kalulu is expected to integrate into training during the second week of preparations. The team is currently conducting training in Poland and plans to announce future friendly matches. Despite fans' concerns over the high number of departures, the management maintains confidence in its strategic plan to return to UEFA competition qualification.
