Iranian newspaper publishes list of western and israeli officials following Khamenei death
The Tehran municipal newspaper Hamshari published a list of Western and Israeli leaders and officials it holds responsible for the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The list includes US President Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. Several high-ranking officials were also named, including US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, CENTCOM Commander Michael Kurilla, US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, and Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir. The images depict the officials with targets on their foreheads or dressed in orange prison jumpsuits. Simultaneously, a message attributed to Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of the late leader, surfaced calling for revenge against those involved in his father's death.
