Weekly Cypriot tradition event at Columbia Beach Resort

Columbia Beach Resort hosts a themed event titled 'Cyprus Night' every Wednesday from 19:00 to 22:00 at the West Lawns. The event is open to both resort residents and the general public. It features a buffet of traditional Cypriot food including spit-roasted lamb and chicken, sheftalia, beef stifado, grilled halloumi, and various traditional side dishes. Dessert options consist of galaktoboureko, bourekia, loukoumia, spoon sweets, and freshly prepared loukoumades at a live station. Entertainment is provided by the traditional music and dance ensemble 'Ta Sgartilia'. The group features musicians Michalis Vryonis on violin and Prodromos Stylianou on laouto and vocals. The initiative aims to showcase and preserve local musical and gastronomic heritage.
